Buenos Aires, Argentina - On July 24, 2015 both chambers of the Argentine Parliament passed the National Law 27159 on "Sudden Death - Integral Prevention System" which will finally address the subject of Public Access CPR & AED. The success comes after many years of hard work and diligence by numerous members of civil society and health professionals working in emergency cardiovascular care.
Experts in Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) from Latin America developed this statement to argue for the need to train the population in Cardiopulmonary mentalhealthdrugs Provigil Resuscitation (CPR) and increasing the availability of Automatic External Defibrillators to save the lives of those with cardiac arrest.
